What CODAudit is

CODAudit is independent cash-on-delivery reconciliation software for merchants and agencies in the GCC and MENA. We compare your own order records against your carrier’s remittance reports and show you, order by order, what was not paid — short payments, missing remittances, overdue settlements and duplicate AWBs.

Why it exists

Carriers settle COD in bulk, days or weeks after delivery, with reports that almost nobody checks line by line. Industry estimates put leakage at 1.5–3% of COD revenue. Most merchants absorb it, because verifying it manually takes hours per settlement cycle, per carrier.

What we don’t do

We don’t ship anything, we don’t hold your money, and we don’t act as your agent with carriers. We don’t guarantee recovery. We produce the evidence — you make the claim.

Who runs it

CODAudit is operated by Onecheckout Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Registration No. 77305897), with its registered office at No. 5, 17/F, Strand, Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

CODAudit is a product name and trading name of Onecheckout Limited; it is not a separate legal entity. Contracts, invoices and payments are with Onecheckout Limited.
