Billing Terms

1. What you are subscribing to

A monthly subscription to the CODAudit web application. You upload an order export and a carrier remittance file; the software compares them and produces a reconciliation report, evidence packs and dispute letters. There is no physical product and no shipment.

2. Plans and prices

• Free preview — AED 0. One preview per merchant account. No card required.
• Solo — AED 299 per month, billed monthly.
• Agency — AED 999 per month, billed monthly.
• Enterprise — from AED 2,500 per month, billed monthly or annually by agreement.

Annual billing is available on Solo and Agency at ten months’ price for twelve months’ access, invoiced once per year.

3. Currency and VAT

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirham). VAT or other applicable transaction taxes are added to the stated price where the law requires it, and shown before you confirm payment.

4. Billing cycle and auto-renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Your card is charged on the day you subscribe, and then automatically on the same calendar day of each following month (or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel. Each charge covers the month ahead. We email a receipt for every charge.

5. Plan changes and proration

Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the difference between the plans for the remainder of the current billing period, prorated by the number of days left. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period; you keep the higher plan until then and are not credited for the unused portion.

6. Failed payments

If a charge is declined, we retry the card on days 3, 5 and 7 after the original attempt and email you each time. Access continues during this window. If the payment has not succeeded 7 days after the renewal date, the subscription is suspended: you can still sign in and export your existing reports, but new audits are blocked. Updating your card restores access immediately. Subscriptions unpaid for 30 days are cancelled.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time yourself, from Settings → Plan & billing in your account. No phone call, no email, and no notice period are required. You may also email hello@codaudit.com and we will cancel for you.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate part-months.

8. Refunds

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a period has begun, because the service is delivered immediately. We do refund duplicate charges, charges taken after a confirmed cancellation, and sustained service failures on our side. 9. Price changes

We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice period. If you do not accept it, cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged the new amount.

10. Payment processing and card data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s infrastructure — CODAudit never sees, handles or stores your card number. The site is served over HTTPS throughout.

CODAudit is software that analyses files you provide. We do not handle, hold, collect or transmit funds on your behalf, and we do not act as your agent in any dispute with a carrier.

11. Billing questions and disputes

Email hello@codaudit.com with your account email and the invoice reference. We reply within 1 business day and aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
